KINGSTON PLANTATION OVERVIEW

Kingston Plantation Resort is a very popular Myrtle Beach resort featuring the ocean front Embassy Suites as well as a range of villa and condo accommodations. The resort is situated on the ocean between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing is just five minutes away.

The focal point of the resort is the Embassy Suites hotel. This features large ocean front 2 room suites, all with ocean views. There are excellent dining choices and a wealth of on-site facilities. Situated throughout the resort are a wide variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas and ocean front condos.

EMBASSY SUITES

The 20-story ocean front Embassy Suites hotel boasts 255 two-room suites all with sweeping Atlantic Ocean vistas from their private balconies. These suites have comfortable living areas as well as luxurious appointments.

Facilities

facilities include a 50,000 sq.ft. sport and health club, SPLASH! Caribbean Family Water Playground and Lazy River. 9 pools, 9 lighted tennis courts. Dining comprises 2 oceanfront restaurants, including an oceanfront lounge, as well as the seasonal outdoor ‘Splash Cafe’.

There are also large conference facilities available at Embassy Suites.

EMBASSY SUITES ACCOMMODATION

Embassy Suites accommodation comprises large 484 sq.ft. 2 room suites with private ocean front balconies, Separate living area comprising lounge, dining area and kitchenette.

Bedrooms have either 1 king or 2 double beds and there is a spacious en-suite bathroom. Units have 2 TVs, 2 telephones with voicemail and data-ports. In addition, there is a  kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and wet bar. Also included are wireless internet access, hair dryer, iron and board as well as a queen size sleeper sofa.

Daily housekeeping services included. Room service is available on request.

One of the best selling points of the Embassy Suites is the complimentary daily full breakfast buffet and FREE evening cocktail reception. 

KINGSTON PLANTATION VILLAS

Situated throughout the resort, there are a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. Each villa is privately owned. Furnishings may vary but units are well maintained to a high standard.

Each villa has either a lake or woodland view as well as a full kitchen, separate lounge/dining area, patio or balcony. Units are well stocked with everything you would expect for a ‘home away from home’. The main bedroom has one king bed in every unit, while bedding will vary in the second and third bedrooms.

OCEAN FRONT CONDOS

Most guests looking for an ocean front stay will choose Embassy Suites. However, for those looking for 2 or 3 bedrooms,  there are a range of ocean view condos available.

Prices for these are available on request. Compared to the villa rates, upgrade costs are modest so well worth it for the ocean view. 

Guests staying at the villas or condos have access to all the facilities at the Embassy Suites. This does not include the complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception. Villa and condo guests are welcome to take breakfast at the Embassy Suites and pay locally.
